Crunchy Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients: 

  • Pumpkin Seeds

  • Oats

  • Cashews

  • Walnuts 

  • Cinnamon

  • Coconut Sugar 

  • Coconut Oil

  • Chia Seeds

  • Hemp Seeds 

Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F. 

  • In a bowl combine ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds, oats, cashews, walnuts, coconut sugar, and coconut oil (I added extra oats).

  • Add the desired amount of cinnamon (I added a lot), hemp seeds, and chia seeds.

  • Line your tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on the tray. Bake for 20 minutes or longer depending on how crispy you want it. Enjoy!
