Crunchy Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients:
Pumpkin Seeds
Oats
Cashews
Walnuts
Cinnamon
Coconut Sugar
Coconut Oil
Chia Seeds
Hemp Seeds
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F.
In a bowl combine ¼ cup of pumpkin seeds, oats, cashews, walnuts, coconut sugar, and coconut oil (I added extra oats).
Add the desired amount of cinnamon (I added a lot), hemp seeds, and chia seeds.
Line your tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly on the tray. Bake for 20 minutes or longer depending on how crispy you want it. Enjoy!
