Probiotics: How Seed Changed My Life

If you have had gut/stomach issues your entire life or the majority of your life like me, you understand that it doesn’t matter what you eat, everything causes your stomach a reaction.
I know it’s frustrating and you’re thinking “where do I even start” and “there are too many probiotics and supplements” because it is extremely overwhelming.
Luckily, one of my best friends, Simone led me to Seed probiotics and I took a chance on them. After browsing through their Instagram, website, and hearing someone I know tell me it actually worked, I was sold.
Seed provides so many facts, updates about their formulas, the science behind their probiotic strains and they are sustainable!
The way my best friend put it was, “your stomach just needs more help to function normally”, and honestly I have never heard a truer statement. That’s exactly it, some of us have stomachs that need more help processing, breaking down, and digesting our food.
The only con you could come across is the price point because it is a sustainable brand, but it is an investment in yourself and there is nothing more important than taking care of your health.
I definitely did not view health as an investment in myself before, I saw health as a means to an end to achieve an aesthetic goal. Spoiler alert; none of the things I tried while going with that mindset worked.
With that said, there is a necessary conversation to be had about accessibility and price-points for sustainable brands and health-related items in general.
